Delete your Rollsby account

Rollsby by Spark Labs Studios (Spark Labs LLC).

In the game (fastest)

1. Open Rollsby and tap the gear in the top right corner.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account, then tap it again to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@rollsby.live with the subject "Delete my Rollsby account" and your player tag (shown in Settings, Account, and on the Friends page, like #K3X9P2Q). We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account, display name, player tag and sign-in tokens.
• Your progress: trophies, wins, coins, looks and decks.
• Your friends, friend requests and leaderboard place.

Copies in our backups are gone within 14 days. Purchase records are kept without any link to you, for accounting and fraud prevention. Coins and looks you bought can't be restored once the account is deleted, though No Ads can be restored on a new account with Restore Purchases.
