Rollsby Terms of Service

Effective November 2, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Spark Labs LLC ("we", "us"), the company behind Spark Labs Studios and Rollsby.

Playing Rollsby

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Rollsby for your own entertainment. By playing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't play.

Your account

Rollsby creates a guest account for you on your device. Keep your device and any device link codes to yourself: anyone with them can use your account. You can link the account to another device, or delete it, from Settings, Account.

Play fair

• Don't cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, or interfere with the servers or other players.
• Don't use names that are offensive, hateful, impersonate others, or break the law.
• Don't buy, sell or trade accounts or coins outside the game.

We may reset progress gained unfairly, change offensive names, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Coins, looks and purchases

• Coins and looks are a license to use virtual items in Rollsby. They have no real-world money value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred between accounts.
• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by them and, except where the law says otherwise, purchases are final.
• Looks are cosmetic: they never change the rules or anyone's chances.
• We may change, rebalance or retire items and prices, and coins may be adjusted to fix errors.

Ads

The free game shows ads, including optional ads you can choose to watch for a reward. Buying No Ads removes the ads shown between matches; optional reward ads remain available if you want them.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Rollsby and may change or stop features, or the game itself. Online features need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable.

Disclaimers and liability

Rollsby is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Ending this agreement

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms or your access if you break them.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we'll update this page and its date; continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
